Andrea Schnake has more than 10 years of full scope HR experience in a variety of industries, including Not-For-Profit, Medical Device, and Manufacturing—at companies varying in size from 75 to more than 2,000 employees. She joined CDH in November 2024 after spending the last four years with another public accounting firm.

She enjoys partnering with and building relationships with colleagues, developing employees, and streamlining HR processes to make them more efficient. She believes that people are an organization’s greatest asset.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, boating, attending live music events, and being outdoors. She also enjoys a good book or a TV series.
